Ubisoft Shows Assassin’s Creed Mirage Gameplay

At Ubisoft Forward, fans of the world-famous franchise got more than just a taste of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed VR Game, Assassin’s Creed Nexus. Another exciting reveal came in the form of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which took the stage and unveiled a captivating story trailer.

The newly released trailer provides the most comprehensive glimpse yet into Assassin’s Creed Mirage, offering a closer look at Basim’s descent into madness and featuring actual gameplay footage. For those unfamiliar, Assassin’s Creed Mirage delves into Basim’s past in Baghdad and his initiation into the Hidden Ones.

The game’s setting and storyline pay homage to the title that started it all, Assassin’s Creed 1, while incorporating the enhanced parkour mechanics from the beloved Ezio generation of games.

The gameplay showcased in the trailer centers around Basim reporting to his mentor, Roshan, after his first encounter with the Assassins. In this scene, viewers witness Basim skillfully assassinating a target and swiftly escaping, providing a glimpse of the parkour elements that fans can expect from the game.

Additionally, the trailer highlights various stealth elements, pursuits, assassination mechanics, and an array of tools at Basim’s disposal. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is currently scheduled for release on October 12th this year, and it will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S platforms.
