PUBG on Xbox One celebrates 4 million players
Everyone’s favourite battle royale shooter has reached a new milestone on the Xbox One. That’s right, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has reached the 4 million player mark and to celebrate, everyone is getting 30 000 battle points.
We’re thrilled to see the community continue to grow and have been inspired by everyone’s enthusiasm for the game – with your ongoing support and feedback we will continue to evolve PUBG and create the best experience for Xbox players.
Have some free PUBG Battle Points
To show their appreciation to the community all players are getting 30 000 Battle Points to spend on loot crates, as long as they purchased the game and created a character before January 31 at 12 AM PST. All players will then receive their bonus on February 1, 2018, at 12 AM PT.
It’s good to see that PUBG keeps listening to feedback from players, and that the game keeps getting updates based on player feedback. As we know the Xbox version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has a different development path than the PC version. It’s a relief to see that the Xbox version is also getting the attention it deserves from the players and the developing team.
I’ve been enjoying playing PUBG on Xbox and I can honestly say that it’s the most fun I’ve had playing a multiplayer game with friends in a long time. Every time you jump out of the plane over the island, what is going to play out is different. I’ve laughed, I’ve been mad, I’ve been surprised but most of all I’m having shitloads of fun. And believe it or not, I’m actually getting better. Just Wednesday I joined some new friends for a few squad matches and started the killing off by taking down a whole 4 man squad (videos below).
Are you playing PUBG on the Xbox? Are you enjoying it? What’s been your most memorable moment so far? Let me know in the comments.
